Because every teen deserves nourishment.
Who We Are
We’re three student-athletes balancing school, practices, games, and busy schedules. Being constantly on the go, we understand how important nutritious food is for staying energized, focused, and healthy. Not every active teen has access to the fuel they need—especially during the after-school hours—so we’re committed to giving back by supporting teens with healthy, convenient snacks that help them thrive. As siblings driven by a shared passion for sports and service, we’re working to make a meaningful impact in our community and beyond.
Our Story
Our inspiration comes from our grandmother, Marilyn, whose volunteer work with her local food pantry’s Kids’ Snack Bag program showed us how consistent, community-driven efforts can make a real difference. Watching her help ensure children received healthy snacks each week taught us the importance of access to nutritious food and inspired us to carry that mission forward by supporting teens in our own community.
Meet the Founders
The Youth Nourishment Project was founded by three student-athlete siblings who understand firsthand the demands of school, sports, and busy schedules.
Vivian is a high school junior softball player committed to play Division I softball at Stanford University (Class of 2027).
Q is a high school freshman who plays basketball and golf.
Lydia is an 8th grader who plays softball, basketball, and field hockey and loves to cook, ski, and babysit.
Together, we share a passion for sports, service, and making sure teens have the fuel they need to grow, focus, and thrive.
